I. Preparing Ahead of the Storm: Action Before the Rain
Treating the typhoon as an order and flood prevention as a responsibility, Yixinfeng’s management team closely monitored the typhoon’s path from the moment early warnings were issued. On September 22, the company’s emergency flood prevention team took the lead, mobilizing the first group of employees to work overtime filling over 200 sandbags. These were deployed at key entry points and underground space entrances across the facility, marking the "first strike" in Yixinfeng’s defensive efforts.

As the typhoon approached on the morning of September 23, the company escalated its protective measures, urgently purchasing an additional 200 sandbags and rallying more employees to join the effort. Working together with sweat and determination, the team quickly filled and reinforced the barriers. Each heavy sandbag not only built a physical line of defense but also symbolized Yixinfeng’s unwavering resolve to protect its home and shoulder its responsibilities.

II. Strategic Deployment: Issuing the "Work Stoppage and Safety Protection Notice"
To ensure complete preparedness, the General Management Office urgently issued Notice [2025092301], "Work Stoppage and Safety Protection Measures During Typhoon 'Huajiasha'," on September 23 (see image above). The notice outlined scientific, meticulous, and humane arrangements:

  1. Orderly Work Stoppage for Safety: A full work stoppage was declared for September 24, requiring all employees to stay at home or in safe areas. Resumption of work will be announced based on conditions to eliminate potential hazards.

  2. Targeted Measures for Comprehensive Protection: Designated personnel will conduct 24-hour safety inspections and emergency coordination to safeguard core assets.

  3. Employee-Centric Care: The notice included detailed guidance, advising off-site employees to avoid risks and return home early. Temporary dormitories were opened for those unable to return, with 24-hour emergency contact numbers provided to address employees’ concerns.12.jpg

This swift, clear, and compassionate notice reflects Yixinfeng’s efficient management exeCution and its core value of "placing employees’ lives above all else."

III. Building a "Spiritual Levee": Demonstrating Corporate Responsibility
Every emergency response tests a company’s culture and comprehensive management capabilities. From the "foresight" of pre-filling sandbags to the "decisiveness" of procuring additional resources, from the "meticulous planning" in the notice to the "humanity" of opening temporary dormitories—Yixinfeng has demonstrated the high level of social responsibility and deep care for employees expected of a modern enterprise.

We are protecting not just facilities and equipment, but every employee and the families behind them. The "safety levee" we are building consists not only of sandbags but also of responsibility, execution, and teamwork.

Currently, all typhoon prevention measures at Yixinfeng have been fully implemented, with emergency teams standing ready. We will continue to monitor the typhoon closely and strive to ensure the safety of the company and all its employees.

Finally, Yixinfeng Reminds All Partners and Friends in the Industry:
During the typhoon, please avoid unnecessary travel, stay away from hazardous areas such as those prone to falling objects or waterlogging, and prioritize personal safety. We stand together in this storm—safety first!

Stay safe!
